December 2025 Enhancements to the Customer Administration Portal
On December 8, 2025, the Customer Administration Portal will be updated with enhancements and fixes.

Email icon and bulk email options hidden if fax account not allowed to send emails
Previously when an Administrator chose to block fax-to-email on an account, a user could still log into the portal and trigger sending one or more faxes to themselves via email. This feature is now blocked as well when the Administrator prevents sending faxes via email.
Fix for issue with assigning users to a fax account in a large enterprise
Fixed an issue when trying to assign users to a shared fax service and the list of users was long.
