Broadsoft User profile
User Information in the Voice Management Portal
- Log into the BroadSoft Portal
- Select Profile from the left hand menu
- Select Profile from the Main section
- Make changes on the Profile Page
- Press OK to save and exit or Press Apply to save and remain on the page
