1. Log into the portal at manage.voyant.com
  2. On the left-hand menu select SIP TRUNKING
  3. Select TRUNKS
  4. Press the name of the SIP trunk on which you wish to enable call recording
  5. Scroll down to find Smart Features
  6. Select from Call Recording Inbound and/or Call Recording Outbound with the button on the right of the smart feature.
  7. Press the green button at the bottom labeled UPDATE SIP TRUNK
