- Log into the portal at manage.voyant.com
- On the left-hand menu select SIP TRUNKING
- Select TRUNKS
- Press the name of the SIP trunk on which you wish to enable call recording
- Scroll down to find Smart Features
- Select from Call Recording Inbound and/or Call Recording Outbound with the button on the right of the smart feature.
- Press the green button at the bottom labeled UPDATE SIP TRUNK
